515 Quartz Watch Movement for Watches

Perfect fit replacement for my Swiss Army diver watch. Instructions available online were clear and easy to follow.

Replaced original Ronda 315 that was in a Swiss Army watch. The 515 fits perfectly but has a different style stem. It keeps very good time. In the first month it's almost 1 second fast.

Pay very close attention to the height of the center shaft, there are a number of them for the 515 movement, I got this and ended up being too short despite what is listed. Otherwise a very reliable moment.

I ordered this movement as an exact replacement. It worked perfectly for 3 days then stopped. I replaced the battery to no avail. Second movement ordered to replace the replacement. This time I tested it and it was dead on arrival. Replaced battery with a fresh one and it still will not work.

Not exactly the same as the original in my Victorinox Swiss Army watch, The seconds shaft is much thinner and so the original hand cannot be fitted. The hour and the minutes hands fit OK. Slightly disappointed, but it works minus a seconds hand of course.

I had a 12 year old Victorinox watch that I smacked one too many times against a hard surface. I took the watch apart and found it was a Ronda 515 movement inside the watch. This movement was a perfect replacement. I watched the online videos on repairing a Swiss Army Watch and had most of the tools already. I needed to buy the hand removal tool (also for sale here on Amazon). It took me about an hour to watch the "how to" video and then replace the movement in my watch. It was the first time I've ever replaced a watch movement.

What’s to say about this movement? If your watch uses this Ronda 515 then it will fit and run perfectly. There are good things about a quartz movement you know!

Replaced the original movement in one of my victorinox/swiss army watches. Fairly straight forward to replace - even replaced the date dial (date window on this movement is set-up to read at the 3 o'clock position, mine was located at the 6 o'clock). Watch has been functional for over a month and keeps time well. Would recommend.
