Excellent customer service and good product.

This review went from a 1-star to 5 because of excellent customer service by this company. They did ask what names I wanted but not the color of the lettering. I presumed it would be black, like the sample pictured. The lettering was white and useless to me because it was to go onto a cream-colored background. I complained to the company and received an email that they were at fault in not asking and that they were re-issuing the decal in black. In addition, they called me to reassure me I would be receiving the item. I did. The decal transferred perfectly and looks great. Customer service wins. Highly recommend.
