Roll Your Own Patch Panel
This is exactly what I was looking for. It's a substantial panel; it will not twist. It's high-density, so be prepared for that, but you should know that because you're looking to cram 48 ports into 2U. The flush fit gives the panel a pro look, and you can put in any keystone you want. I've got banana, RCA, RJ45, Coax, and HDMI. Buy it, fill it, enjoy it.

Cable Matters Cat6 RJ45 Keystone Jack don't fit
The overall patch panel looks fine but the Cable Matters Cat6 RJ45 Keystone Jack's that I bought that amazon recommended didn't fit as they were too wide. So if you buy this patch panel make sure to get narrow jacks

ICC IC107BP482 48-Port Patch panel blank
The panel itself is fine. We bought Belkin R6D024-AB5EIV25 CAT5E IVORY KEYSTONE JACK 568A/568B. They did not fit the panel port slots. They are too wide on both sides if you put more than one keystone jack in. We ended up buying the keystone jacks from Home depot (more generic I suppose).
