Great cola taste

NOTE: I ORDERED THESE TWICE..... ONE WAS GREAT ONE WAS NOT.... so I want people to be aware of both..... Amazon refunded me for the last order. This time i received the actual product in its original packaging labeled as you would see in a store. The package was sturdy and it arrived intact and high quality. The candy is fresh, its soft, its gummy, its exactly what you would expect. It tastes perfect. I couldn't be happier!!!!!! ################################################### ORIGINAL REVIEW: ################################################### So this is going to be an interesting review, I'm giving a 1 Star because I have to, but if they made one correction, it would deserve 5 stars. What I received what EXACTLY what's pictured: "a clear plastic plastic with a label" The clear plastic bag is extremely thin and brittle. I think they had some bad manufacturing issues. When I opened my Amazon packing box, this bag was inside, wrapped loosely in Amazon paper. The reason for the low score is because the manufacturers packaging was so thin, so brittle, that the bag itself tore in shipping. So my package was already open. :( The gummies were very soft, just like they should be! But I couldn't eat them for food safety reasons alone. Note: when I picked up the bag, I picked it up by the unopened & untorn part, and the weight of the 5lb bag just tore the packaging again! The candies were perfect! Exactly what you'd expect! The manufacturer packaging however, was too flimsy to protect it

The most delicious candy in the Haribo lineup. I love their gummy bears to no end, whether the normal or the sour and all the other variations. But the happy gummy colas are the best. They taste so damn close to actual cola, and they bring a smile to my face every time I want. I adore these candies so very very much!

So here's how it went down. My teenage sons crowd around with innocent curiosity as I take the mammoth 5-pound bag out of the cardboard box, the box with the beguiling Amazon smile on the side. That knowing, wicked Cheshire grin. Within seconds the bag is neatly cut open. An oddly hypnotic aroma wafts out. It begins. We all sample one or two of the pleasantly rubbery candies, but find ourselves exchanging the same puzzled expression: that flavor---not really cola...vaguely medicinal, yet not offensive. Hmm. Further testing is required. We all sit down. Sampling continues now in earnest---they're so small! Where's the harm?---and we agree that you need to eat quite a few to identify the flavor with any accuracy. Not a name brand cola, to be sure...one of those "store brands," after it's gone flat. We notice that after the first 50 or so, the flavor seems to change somewhat, perhaps because all our teeth are now caked with adherent masses of gummy residue. Our mood is high, so testing continues. General consensus is reached after the first pound or two that the bottles in the middle of the mass are softer and more fragrant than the stuff from the top of the bag. The bag is passed around, sniffing ensues. Great effort is expended seeing how far a bottle can be stretched, while held between the front teeth, until it breaks. The unmistakable signs of hyperglycemia ---exhilaration, rapid speech, a cola-like aroma on the breath---go somewhat unnoticed as we burrow deeper into the jiggly wad of gummies. Dinner is postponed along with homework. A telephone call from my ex-wife goes unanswered. The scientific process cannot be interrupted. Would Fermi have taken time out from inventing the x-ray deathgun to take a call from his ex-wife? Please. The fun almost stops when a bottle goes up a nostril ---kids!--- but everything is soon back on track when we discover that moistened bottles can be stuck to the forehead for minutes at a time. Soon my sons' faces bristle with the things. A joke is made about "edible lesions". Hilarity ensues. Photos are taken. Outside it grows dark while leaves blow about, unraked. The scratching of a pet at the door stopped some time ago. Bottles are eaten ten at a time now. Cola-stained spittle dribbles down a chin. No time to wipe. Got to keep chewing. They are SO VERY SMALL. Suddenly the bag is empty. Empty. The room goes quiet. The box is re-examined, but no stray gummies are found. The box with the grin. That damn, mocking grin. I have to explain to the children why I only ordered one 5-pound bag. We all feel somewhat sick. We are all trembling now. Parents, sometimes single dads cannot be trusted to make good judgments about their kids' eating habits. Living with the stress of alimony can pervert that part of the mind which regulates dietary choices, or common sense. I hope this will serve as a valuable object lesson for you all.

Buy them from Shippedfast they are the real ones. Too many fake ones out there.

The gummy cola bottle candies are very fresh, not hard or dried out. They really taste like cola... just without the bubbles. The size and shape are perfect for holding in the cheek area to melt slowly and smoothly in the mouth, or if you feel your fillings are safe, just bite right into it. I don't think there is any caffeine in these things. Far as I know, there aren't any sugar-free versions of these candies. Darn. They probably wouldn't taste this perfect, either. I recommend these gummy cola bottles for anyone who likes the cola flavor and the softly resistant gummy texture. Excellent deal for the cost, too!

They are what they say they are. A 5 pound bag of teeth rotting goodness :). Taste like the store bought tiny bags of cola gummies and they're soft and fresh to boot. Second time I've bought them and will continue to purchase these ones specifically. Don't know what the sheerness rating is supposed to be *shrug*

a little bit worried about the quality after reading some of reviews. But, it arrived very fast with perfect quality!

And I bring them to lots of people for treats. Don't forget the gummy bears, the cherry gummies, either. I wouldn't want to admit how much of these I've gotten in the last year, however.

Very disappointed in the outcome of my purchase since the Yupik coca cola gummies were unavailable. My addiction has made me buy this disappointment of a coca cola gummy. Everything was as advertised, looks exactly like the picture, and it smelled great too. The smell was emanating once I opened the amazon packaging and I opened it right up. Upon eating my first gummy, it was hard and not that flavourful. I had been buying the Yupik coca cola gummies off amazon and have been spoiled by their tasteful and soft construction. The Haribo gummies get better the more you eat, but only eating a couple will not suffice, it’s probably why they have you a 2.26 kg bag. The Haribo bag is also more expensive per kg than Yupik. However, as I am writing my review right now, eating more and more Haribo coca cola gummies have proved very satifying. The more you eat, the better it gets.

Arrived in one piece and being from Quebec it can be hard to find fresh gummies that are this good
