Very helpful!
Love them. I have weak wrists that would always get sore after doing any workouts with the barbell overhead. These help immensely! I wear them almost every time I go to crossfit.

I'm very happy with these wraps. I use them for squats, bench and military pressing. The small size is perfect for wrists.

Super thick
I like how thick these are! However sometimes I don't realize how tight I wrap them (which is much less then my old wrist wraps) and my hands start to turn blue. That's never happened to me before with any of my old wraps!
