There seems to be white, cotton-like pieces in my bag. Is this normal?

I have ordered mullein a few times. I do not believe that there was white pieces in it. Could be mold? I would contact the company to be sure.

how many ounces is it?

Twas one pound. The weight is listed on the product specs. You can order less but why would you want to. Make a big pot and chill. Makes a good (and healthy) iced tea.

Does it work for pain?

I know Mullein works for allergies. I take white willow bark for pain.
