Hi There, Pink Himalayan salt does not have iodine. It has no added chemical and is created through an all natural process.

Last time I purchased fine but was sent coarse. Going to order again. Please can you get it right?

I got 2 orders for fine grain but ended up with with coarse even after reordering. Can’t even return to exchange

Does this one contain sand rock? I'm really tired of the rocks i keep finding.

I didn’t find sand in mine. I buy it all of the time. It is corse/rock salt not fine.

I would assume you can use this salt anywhere where salt is used, including cooking. However, this salt is a little expensive and very beautiful looking, so I only opt to use it on the table.
