This is a household standard. The spread is flavorful and turns a loaf of french bread into wonderful cheesy garlic bread in 15 minutes. Making garlic or cheesy garlic bread is on of the first recipes taught to my nephews and nieces when they are 6 years old which is an excellent way to help build their culinary confidence and get them interested in cooking. The spread is long lasting when kept in the fridge after opening and shelf stable when unopened in the cupboard.

This stuff is great. My mother used it when I was young and I still use it. Much h better than the oven ready garlic bread sold in supermarkets. First slice the French loaf lengthwise, then butter it, and spread Lawry's on top. Put it under a broiler for a few minutes and you'll have the best tasting garlic bread you can eat.

I love this spread! It’s hard to find in to find in the stores around me. Always out of it so when I see it here I’ll continue to buy it. It also has a lengthy expiration date which is always appreciated. It’s a little pricey but I enjoy having it for when I need it.

a little odd to work with but, apparently pretty good for the guys loved it and the hubby asked me to make more to take to work with his leftover pasta for lunch.. i just spread some on regular sliced Italian bread and stuck it in oven at 375 for a few minutes..so easy to make and great substitute for when you are out of Texas toast..

I apparently like garlic alot more than I thought because this to me lacked in the garlic flavor area. Some like more some like less. If your taste is on the lower end of the garlic realm, then this would be great for you! I did add some garlic powder to my bread after I spread this and it did the trick. All in all not a bad product very spreadable, very thick, no artificial taste, no weird film in your mouth, good size jar.
