I tore my meniscus in a paintball tournament about 10 years ago. Walking around is fine for me but when I get into athletics I always have to worry about my knee popping. I still play paintball from time to time and snowboard. This kneebrace works great for any athletic activity and has pretty amazing support for no rigid structure in its construction. I would recommend for anything but contact sports. Very comfortable design as well and does not slip.

Alot of people complain that it is one size small, well.... they may be a little on the heavy side. For the athletes and other active members (military like myself), I find this to fit perfect and work really well in comparison to other knee braces within its price range. I think this knee brace competes even with the pricier knee braces in the market. It is a little difficult to put on once in a while but once its on, it supports the knee super well. will buy another! --update-- After "breaking it in" it is an excellent brace (more wear the more comfort), the minus on the star is because the velcro straps tend to catch on to unwanted areas (when not in use) and defray the brace inconveniently.

Used for when I go skiing after I tweaked my knee on a bad wipeout. It's pretty comfortable and didn't interfere in my ability to ski. Adds a lot of stability without feeling like you're cutting off blood circulation

Not true to size was very tight and caused pain after a few hours of use.

I love these knee braces. Great quality, nice tight fit and allows me to walk mostly pain free (no knee with bone on bone is going to be completely pain free). I typically get 20k steps a day, which would be impossible without this brace. I have tried many other braces over the years, these are my favorite by far.

He usado varías rodilleras antes, de rodilla completa sin amortiguación lateral ni bandas cruzadas que se caían al correr y bandas de silicona por debajo de la rodilla que algo hacían pero no demasiado, inyectado ácido hialuronico, fisioterapia y fortalecimiento de cuádriceps y hecho plantillas a medida para corregir la posada, incluyendo estudio de la pisada con zapatillas de alta gama y nada de esto me había funcionado contra la crondomalacia del todo, siempre a los 5 o 6 km volvía el dolor. Primer me compre una para probarla y el resultado fue inmediato, primera salida de 10 km sin dolor, luego 15, y nada en esa rodilla, así que la compre también para la otra rodilla y mismo resultado. La verdad es que no me creo el resultado. A parte de eso son cómodas al correr y te dan sensación de seguridad, quizás a la hora de llevarlas molestan un poco pero nada serio y por supuesto dan calor pero tampoco nada excesivo. 100% recomendables, lastima no haberlas comprado antes.

I like this brace. While I'm not sure if my knee issue is ligament or cartilage related (still waiting for an MRI), I find it much easier to walk when I'm wearing this brace. It provides enough of support & stability for me to do low-impact aerobics. Additionally friends & family have noticed that my limp is less pronounced when I wear it.
