Great for basic repairs
Easy to use, but have been machining for quite a few years. As long as careful and keep drill and tap straight should have no issues. Also remember to only go about half to maybe one full revolution with tap before reversing about a 1/4 turn to break cut threads. You dont want to just keep turning till it stops. Depending on material, you may also have to remove tap, blow out, and go a bit deeper and repeat. Take your time, be care6and should have no problems. Dont force the tap, especially small ones, they will break. Hope this may help others as well.

Works as intended, no issues at all
I read some reviews that indicated problems with the tap being defective due to either material and dimensional issues. I had no issues with the set I received. It worked great.

Repaired a 10/32 stripped hole in aluminum just fine. Better now with a stainless insert.
