I’m a woman and I love these. I normally wear a women’s XL and got a men’s medium in these and it fits just how I like—it can cover my hands if I want it to, is long enough to comfortably tuck into work pants, and keeps me cool even in the sun. Exactly what I was looking for in underscrubs

Beware, they run a bit small
They are nice but way too fit. I ordered a Large, I'm 195 lbs and this is tight tight tight. Will rather a XL I guess.

Can tuck it in if needed or lay flat untucked. Nice stretch and moderate compression. Easily able to move arms without any constraints. Holds up well to laundering. Great value.
