Can the arms fit under a 26" desk opening?

Yes it can. The chair is adjustable. The lowest level is 24" and the highest level is 26". My desk opening is 25" so I have an inch of free space. Hope this helps. I really enjoy the chair. It is comfortable to sit in for the 8-9 hours while I WFH.

So this is actually two (2) chairs for $44.99? Where does it say two chairs? I don't see any reference to a quantity of two for a total of $44.99...?

We received a totally different chair...a padded office chair, much more expensive and was told by amazon to keep it. There was one of that chair; however I did read several times 2 chairs and I thought I was getting 2; so you might get two of what you are looking at.

Where can I buy a wheel?

That's not in my wheelhouse. 😉 There are wheels on the legs if that helps.
