Will this work with a watch cover that goes around the back a little like the Spigon case for this watch?

It should work, I don't have that type of case on mine. After looking at the spigen case I don't see why it wouldn't.

Yes and it looks pretty slick! One thing tho, you may have to realign the health sensor a few times during the day as it tends to slide.
