Damaged
The pops themselves are 5 stars, I love these two, but the one I got was so damaged that I could not give them as a gift. So disappointed in the way it was packaged.

Dissapointed
When I ordered these Funko Pops I was expecting a great condition box since the price is a premium. What I got was a slightly torn box with scuffs and scratches all over. Sadly I opened the box to see if the pops were in a good shape and they too had scuffs all over and felt very used. I wish I could get a replacement or a return but sadly I opened it. They also don't glow in the dark which makes me feel like I got scammed. Really disappointed, when I read the reviews I read of this happening and just thought, "Oh this won't happen to me.", and here I am writing this review to a product that feels used and won't satisfy any collector. Edit: Although the edit of my original review is quite late, I want to state that the company excepted my return and payed shipping. The customer service was great. Which is why I'm changing my rating from 1 star to 3 stars.
