Not the right thing!
The Safed Musli is suupose to be a pale white powder. This is a brown powder ans taste is different. Not to trust what kind of chemical you are putting on your body.

Sticky Gelatinous Mass of Herb
I started out taking the pill form of this herb then switched to the powder. I'm giving the powder form 2 stars for the inconvenience. Please read on..... The directions say to "mix with warm water..." This does not work. The powder doesn't mix at all. It clumps up into a super sticky gelatinous mass whether in my decaf coffee/tea, by itself in warm water or mixed into a shake. I even tried to just take it directly by mouth (DO NOT DO THIS! LOL)! It was worse than peanut butter stuck to mouth. Now I'm stuck with a pound of this, trying to figure out best way to take it without it clumping into a giant ball of sticky glop. As far as the efficacy of the herb on my personal health. I've been taking this for several weeks now at 3000mg dosage per day and so far I have not felt a change in my energy or anything else. As with some herbs it could take months for it to start having some effect as they work with your body system.
