Queso Blanco Pasteurized Recipe Cheese Product, 32 oz Block

My go-to cheese for everything. I have the Velveta plastic container made just for this cheese and I keep it filled in the fridge. Taste- perfect! Texture-cuts easily. Value- can’t beat it. Color- white like the name. Longevity- hard to say because it doesn’t stay around long enough to test. I really should have this cheese on subscription order.

Delicious and easy to use. Makes fabulous Mac and cheese.

My son says you could put this cheese on cardboard and it would make it taste good I bought mine half price from a little store near me. Then had a hard time finding it anywhere. Then checked amazon. Got it. So happy

Velveeta is not exactly one of the top cheeses in the world but it's quick and easy to toss onto broccoli or cauliflower as a sauce. Add in the pepperjack flavor and the vegetables are nicely spiced. This cheese was exactly as I expected...really tasty and useable in many many recipes BUT I was surprised at the minute size of each box. I had no idea how small 16 ounces really was! And the price seems high for this small quantity of product. If you don't mind paying top dollar for a small amount of low quality cheese, then this is for you. It's very flavorful and has multiple uses in many recipes but I'll have to think twice before I buy it again

Unlike the regular Velveeta cheese product, this is white! Tastes almost the same, but I thought it was missing something in the flavor, although I could never quite figure what it was! Don't get me wrong, I like and enjoy Velveeta, and the Queso blanco does lend itself to eggs, and probably other foods that do not need the Velveeta yellow to distract the consumer! I did like it.

I don't really like processed cheese, but the hubby does. So for a special treat I will whip him up something every once in a while. I think it taste better when you add fresh tomatoes, or salsa than like this. Ill put it in the crock pot add a few different variety of beans, tomatoes, onions and garlic. Maybe a lil cilantro and some ground beef too. Ill by the regular flavor for him again from Velveeta, but pass on this one!

While I love the good aged cheeses, i also love Velveeta! Velveeta is for melting on pasta, in grilled cheese sandwiches, and on omelets, just like it did in my childhood, many years ago! The other cheeses are for eating, mainly. i will admit that thick slices melted can get too 'gooey' and can be just too much. I have found the Mild Mexican Velveeta has just enough of a kick to somehow 'lighten' the flavor when it is just a bit 'gooey'! While i love the flavor of Jalapenos, I am very sensitive to the heat. This is perfect for me I love it so much, it is one of the foods I have sent to me here in Thailand! Excuse me while I go make a grilled cheese sandwich, now!

Absolutely amazing. I made velveeta Mac and cheese, the same way my mother used to make it. With some sautéed onions, a roux and melted velveeta. Some breadcrumbs on top before baking! I wasn’t sure about how it would turn out, as I’ve always used the orange version. I wasn’t sure worried this would be bland. It was very flavourful! Definitely worth the money and I will be purchasing again!
