Beacon Kids Choice Glue 2oz

I enjoy making 3D paper flowers from Susan Tierney Cockburn of Spellbinders collection of dies. She recommended this glue as an adhesive for her flowers. It is a “liquid” glue but is a thick almost paste like consistency so it can hold the paper petals in place without drooping unlike like wetter glues which need to be held in place until they dry. It dries clear. It has a nice strong hold and is water soluble and odorless. This was a repeat purchase.

This glue is excellent for paper flower making or any other 3-D product you would be making. The glue has a nice, thick consistency and dries quite quickly.

I like that it dries quickly on my projects so it holds quickly but not immediately. It's less liquid than my other top choice, so it holds quick. I've learned to have everything ready to assemble before getting some glue out or it'll dry too much before I can use it. It's the down side of the advantage, so I'm not taking off for it. It just requires strategy.

This is great glue. My first review is under this update. For some reason the packages are open for last two i received. I returned the second glue cause the package was open and tube was punctured. Though this package was open the tube is ok so I will keep it. I love this glue. The name was a bit confusing "Kids Choice Glue" so I reread and took a chance that it was more than play glue. Anyway it worked fabulously ... I used it on the prettiest but very cheaply made hair bows... They will be worn out before they come apart... Don't tell anyone 😁

Horrible. Comes out fast and a lot, super messy and doesn’t stick like glue should

I wanted to try this glue because some of the liquid glues I use are just too runny for delicate projects. I'm happy to say that this is thick and dries fast and strong. It's a clear non shiny finish. I would purchase again.

Love this glue it is not too runny and great when I make flowers etc when crafting. Dries clear which is a plus. Susan CockburnTiereney uses this glue and I can see why she recommends it.

Love this glue for fabric. Holds VERY strong and dries clear in 45 minutes. BUT, it would be 100% better with a narrow tube top so you could squeeze a fine line onto a project.

I am so happy I was directed by another crafter to give this glue a go. I create cards with 3D foliage and this glue holds them in place so firmly. Once dry, it really and truly sets hard, unlike some other glues. Glue for kids? I don't think so, it's for every crafter, adult and child alike and I would highly recommend it. Just a suggestion, you may need a glue pot and I use the Professional Complete Silicone Glue Kit Micro Silicone Brushes & Pot Fitting for Woodworking Arts Crafts 4 Pieces/Set Glue Brushes. These glue brushes work a treat for pinpoint accuracy and the lid to the pot keeps the glue from drying out quickly if you are card batch making. Highly recommended x

This is pretty good glue and very good for children as it's non-toxic. However, it is expensive for the amount you get in the tube and dries quickly so just take a small amount out of the tube at a time. I have found other tacky glue to be as good as this and less expensive!

Works great for flower shaping.
