Does the job. Donโt have enough experience with it yet to determine how well it holds an edge
Ok product. It is 1/3 the price of a Hock blade, but I am not sure yet if it is only 1/3 as good. Depends on how well it holds a burr.

Nice piece of steel.
I spent maybe 15 minutes setting the edge, sharpening and burnishing. it holds a burr very well.

Good and cheap
The scraper blade replacement seems like good steel. The primary draw back is the steel isnโt beveled, requiring grinding prior to use. Not a huge deal but enough to knock one star off.

Good replacement blade for the price.
This is a good blade if you have a #80 scraper. I tried it directly out of the package and got Ok results, but after I got a hook on the edge, it worked great.

Works well, requires some fettling out of the box
Had a wicked burr out of the box, had to knock that off with a file before I could sharpen, polish and form a desirable hook. After that it worked very well in my Antique Stanley โBโ cabinet scraper. The steel is on the thin side which I what I like, holds an edge pretty well. Good value for the price, definitely needs some serious fettling out of the box.

Great blade
I spent 10 minutes touching up the edges and it was ready to go. My garage sale scraper is a joy to use with this blade. It's really nice and thick and stays sharp. I make a lot more curls than I need to because it's so much fun.

not realy #80 blade
it is larger than the #80, and it is NOT ground at 45 degrees, square edge, need to ground
