These are so cool. It is like a bread tie and plastic ...
These are so cool. It is like a bread tie and plastic tie had a mutated, but awesomely great baby. I have found some many uses for these ties as they are so durable and come in all sorts of sizes. You can even combine them to get the perfect size you need for your task. I have a couple of containers of these and use them mainly on my boat and while fishing. They do a great job in bundling my fishing poles together for transporting. You can use these practically anywhere you can use bread ties or plastic ties. I cannot attest for the long-term effects of weather on the material these are made of, which seems like some sort of silicon, they seem durable and flex very well. For the heck of it, I have bent and bent and....well, you get the point and these things in all sorts of directs, angles and twisted them very tightly and they seem like they will last. I was in a pinch when the bracket for my fish finder started giving me issues. So I temporarily used these to hold my fish finder. It actually worked better than the bracket because I was able to situate the device just where I really wanted it. I have since purchased a Ram Mount that swivels and such...but these twist ties were great in a pinch and would have likely held up for the season. The 3" ones are not nearly as useful as the longer ones, unless you are using them is applications such as for a bread tie. I use these to twist around 1-3" glow sticks and then tie the other end around a large paper clip. I open one end of the paper clip up a little and clip it onto my fishing line at night. This simple setup allows me to see when I get a bite at night as it moves up or down when a fish bites. I have had many more hook-ups as I can see the bite much sooner than before and am more ready to set the hook at the right time. I used to use bread ties for this setup, but the 3" Nite Ize ties are so much better and I don't have to worry about them rusting or breaking when I leave them on my boat or out in the weather. I have also used these to attach a small battery-powered lantern to my boat's bimini rail at the top and use it for over head lighting. The uses for these are just endless. So buy some and have a blast. I recommend the assorted tubes so you can get a feel for your go-to size ranges. These are fun, functional and seemingly very durable (time will tell). I will certainly be purchasing many more of these to put in my vehicles and use around the house.

a million and one uses!
This is definitely one of your "million-and-one uses you haven't thought of yet:" kind of items! My daughter and I spend about 20 minutes on the "Whose line is it?" game alone ("It's a pair of choptsticks! A bug's antannae!") These are flexible and have a non-slip elastic coating and can be bent and twisted into a variety of shapes, and can be used to hang, tie, and support pretty much anything you can think of. The 24" ones are surprisingly fat and robust-looking, and feel like they are strong enough to double as handcuffs (not very good ones, I grant you!) I think I may start carrying these around with me. Not only will you find this variety tube useful, but a lot of FUN, too! Update: I have run out of them! Some typical uses: *holding the legs of a folded-up bicycle shop stand together while I moved it. *holding the bicycle pump on the frame after the strap broke *securing bikes on a train so they don't roll around *a "what is it?" game with my second graders *keeping a bicycle multitool folded *hanging a shop light *wrapping up the cord on a vacuum cleaner after the mount broke *securing knee pads to a mountain bike with a broken deraileur so handy! Especially those 18" and 24" ones! I have ordered some more. And yes, I do carry them around with me, a small one in the toolkit and a big one wrapped around the seatpost. sizes: 3" Black, 3" Lime, 3" Bright Orange, 6" Black, 6" Blue, 6" Bright Orange, 12" Black, 12" Blue, 18" Black, 18" Lime, 24" Black & 24" Bright Orange

Ties That Have Uses All Over Your Home
I first bought these in the smallest size and found them to be invaluable. You know those little wire ties on bread and other items and how easily they get lost? Well using these, I don't have to waste time looking all over. The medium size ties are good for coiling up extra wires we all have laying around our electronic "toys." They seem to be well made and thick enough to use over and over again. This set has a broad spectrum in sizes. Make sure to take out a measuring device so you can visualize the sizes of each of the ties in the set, because I think the largest sizes are too large for anything I would need. They do sell these in sets of the same size and in the future I will purchase them.

Super-Durable Giant Pipe Cleaner
They're super, super durable versions of pipe-cleaner like you used to make arts and craft projects out of as a kid. They're thicker, stronger and do an excellent job of holding stuff together and they're ideal for wires and cables. There's not much more to say; the giant ones are truly enormous and ideal for holding big stuff together and the tiny ones are ideal for holding together something you'd put in your pocket, like a usb phone charger or ear buds. So far the main use I've found for all of them is keeping wires untangled, whether they're the kind behind your furniture, the kind that you haul around in your pocket or the kind you toss in a backpack, purse or briefcase. And as far as I can tell they're all indestructable; I've used everything short of open flame, knives and scissors against them up til now.

Great product... delivery - that's another story.
Love these. We have a ranch and I use them for so many things I can only begin to list: taming power cords, positioning solar lights when I need light in a weird place for a short time, securing plants, securing a temporary pop up shade to a fence so it does not blow away, holding elecric fence cord that is wound up so it does not turn into a rats nest... same for Christmas lights... I could go on and on. The delivery was totally unacceptable. I found the package in the middle of my yard 3 days after it was delivered. Instead of putting it on our front porch it was dropped into my yard where we have 4 dogs. It was unusually cold the day of delivery and the following few days and we did not use the gate where the package must have been dropped. Very disappointing and totally out of the norm for Amazon.

These things are fantastic!
I am in love with these reusable ties! I use the smallest ones to keep small doors closed on a re-purposed locker cabinet where normally padlocks would have held the doors securely shut, and have used larger ones as hooks to hang light items from wire shelving in a bathroom closet. I also have the phone cable ties - similar to these but with a rubber loop that slips over the cable so that it stays attached to the cable and doesn’t get lost (clever!). They are just brilliant! I have a 10 ft charging cable that I use in my kitchen, and when I’m done for the night, I simply fold it up into a figure eight, secure it with the twist tie that is already attached, and then bend the end of the tie to hang over the handle on a cabinet near the outlet - up and out of the way without having to stash it in a drawer. I have charging cables in nearly every room, and now each cable or set of cables has its own tie. These are the type of gadgets that make you say, “why didn’t I think of inventing that?!”, and ones that you will actually use and find multiple and even surprising uses for (unlike other clever but ultimately useless gadgety devices that get tossed aside and eventually thrown out or sold at a garage sale). I don’t see how anyone could give these less than a five star review, IMHO.

Quality
I like all the gear ties. Little pricey but they do work well, easy to use.
