Makes my aquarium so pretty! Love the black gravel

This is pretty great aquarium gravel. Like with all things aquarium related, be sure to wash thoroughly before placing in the tank. I ordered this 5lb bag for my 5 gallon aquarium, rule of thumb to follow for appropriate amount of aquarium gravel is one pound of gravel for every one gallon of water. This 5lb bag covered my 5 gallon tank nicely! I did soak this gravel for awhile after swirling it around with my hands because I noticed the dye came off on my fingers. After soaking for about 30 minutes and more swirling the dye stopped coming off. I really like the black gravel with the contrast of the neon color pops! It worked well with my Bikini Bottom theme and really brightens up everything in the aquarium. Good quality, great price! Highly recommend!

Not much to say about rocks bright in colors the ones i got anyway just they dont come with a bunch of particles on them like some you buy i clean my rocks off before putting them in my tanks and the water was still pretty clean just a few little pieces that if you missed they float to the top of your tank and you can use a fishnet to scoop them out

Looks great in my fish tank. The gravel was clean out of the bag. The gravel looks great under a black light! Would buy again.

I don't understand why there is silica (cancerogenic) in gravels. What about kids putting in their mouth (it has already happened to me 1 day after using it) and fish.

Nonetheless a quality product. I used it in a flower pot to fill out the gaps.
