Good quality and a great value
This luggage is the first set I’ve ever purchased, I’ve always borrowed or excepted my family’s cast offs so you can imagine how excited new luggage has made me.😊I’m in total awe of this set , it’s pretty and that’s important, lightweight and easy to maneuver , exceptionally well made and very inexpensive for the quality and quantity you receive . FYI , I was a little worried when I initially started packing because the zipper was hesitating a little but then I realized if applying any pressure to the top while zipping the luggage when not full the zipper drags , as soon as I removed my hand and the weight of my leaning was relieved the luggage returned to its original shape and the zipper moved smoothly . Very happy with my purchase

They look hard and nice
I received my order today and I just love it! They are better than in pictures and they seems strong. They have the tsa lock which is a great yes! I will give an update after some months of use but for now I’m really happy with my purchase. The price is great for the set of 3. Highly recommended. (Each luggage was inside a plastic bag, and all them together not in 1, inside 2 boxes to avoid damage). Very good customer care.

Not the same as photo
The luggage looks nice over all but they are not the same design that I ordered and there are some dents in them.

Garbage product, worse customer service
I bought this luggage set 11/2019 because it was fairly priced and carried a 3 year warranty. After 4 plane trips and not even 1 year later the largest suitcase cracked. No big deal right? I have the 3 year warranty. Well I’ve contacted the manufacturer via email 2 times with no response. I have also called the phone number which does not connect. After reaching out to Amazon, they will offer me a PARTIAL REFUND because I’m outside of the return window. Absolutely displeased.
