Great gate latch
I have a couple of these gate latches and they work great for keeping gate closed the magnet is strong and easy to use.

Decent enough and works most of the time
Needs a little graphite spray after 6 months or so to keep the plunger from sticking.

Solid latch. Easy, sleek. A little loud closing.
Very happy with it. Feels sturdy, secure, easy to use. Only small complaint is that it's quite loud when it snaps closed. I may try to put a small piece of Padded tape inside to cushion it. Install was very easy, the screws actually work well. They are self tappers, and not cheap junk screws like what comes with most things these days. Using it for a dog gate and I'll probably get another in the future for a baby gate.

Only locks at 3/8" of an inch. Read Instructions Before You Purchase
Most gate manufactures recommended a clearance between gate post and adjoining post at 3/4" of an inch. This only locks at 3/8" of an inch.
