Thank goodness for Amazon. Product was in stock while the big blocks had diminished stock. Cost were more than competitive and shipped quickly. All parts were in the box and was installed quickly by a qualified lock smith. Kwik Set customer service was what we are losing in the world. Live people who were patient and helpful. Rekey feature is a plus
Very easy to install. Instructions are good. Nice appearance. Able to rekey to existing key for house easily at home.

Overall sturdy. Could be more adjustable.
Overall, this set is quite nice and very closely matched the Schlage set I was replacing. I really wish that the lower screw on the handleset was adjustable for existing holes - it'd save from having to drill a new hole in the door from a previous set. The action is nice, feels sturdy, and I like that I can re-key it myself with all of the other Kwikset locks.

Best price around for this Door Lock set. Much lower price than the Big Box store. Easy to install. It only took 20 minutes to change out the old one.

Love this handle and the SmartKey system
this handle was a nice upgrade from the standard doorknob and deadbolt. The look of the home is greatly improved with such a simple addition that will take no more than 40 minutes to install. A simple upgrade for an elegant touch to your home. The SmartKey system is so nice and easy to rekey with your favorite key set.

滑らかな施錠に満足
輸入住宅の玄関ドアノブが傷み2回目の取り換えをすることになり、同形状の取扱業者が少なく希望する形や色合いの在庫が少ない中、こちらで好みに近いものを見つけて注文しました。 他のサイトの店舗のように、右開きや左開きを選択できなかったので不安でしたが、届いてみると開く向きが違う場合のレバーが、予備でセットに含まれていました。 2時間ほどの作業で、ぴったり同じ位置に設置することができました。 写真では黒っぽいのかと思われましたが、実際は銅の上にこげ茶を塗ったような、自然な深みのあるとても良い色でした。なにより、施錠開錠がとても軽くて気持ち良く使用できます。 また、輸入品でしたが日本の販売店さんを通すので、とても安心して購入することができました。
