It's pH down to use with hydroponics / growing so nothing crazy to write about. Use as needed whenever your water is above the ideal range. I bought mine in 2021 and have had some inconsistent results with it recently where a small amount brought the pH down more than it usually would. That's happened three times now so I took some time to shake it and hopefully that resolves the inconsistencies. If I can't figure that out then I'll replace it since I don't like not being able to estimate how much to use for a certain pH and volume of water. MSDS sheet from 2021 I found indicates its 10-17% phosphoric acid. Therefore I put value for money pretty low since you can buy food grade phosphoric acid at 85% for pretty affordable prices and dilute it yourself. If your churning through this stuff and want a more affordable option I would suggest you look into that.

The product has remained the same after decades. I can count on it.

This product works just as good as the other, more EXPENSIVE… Phosphoric Acid containing PH lowering agents I’ve used. It is also the LOWEST PRICE, that I have found for other products, with the same ingredients! For those reasons, I have given this product 5 stars… for effectiveness and VERY good price!
