I’ve been using this memory card in my wildlife cameras for a while now, and it has exceeded my expectations. Wildlife cameras, especially when recording high-resolution videos, tend to chew through memory at an impressive rate. This card, with its generous storage capacity, has been a lifesaver. I’ve been able to leave my cameras out in the field for weeks at a time, recording countless hours of HD and even 4K video, without needing to worry about swapping the card. For anyone who doesn’t want to constantly retrieve and replace cards, this one’s a fantastic choice. What really sets it apart is its speed. If you’re using a wildlife camera that records in high definition or 4K, a slow card can result in missed footage or choppy video. This one handles high data loads like a pro, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted recording every time the camera is triggered. Whether it’s a deer grazing at dusk or a coyote dashing past at midnight, the footage is consistently sharp and clear. The card’s read and write speeds are fast enough to keep up with even the busiest motion-triggered cameras, making it ideal for capturing those fleeting wildlife moments that you don’t want to miss. Another important detail is how quickly it transfers data to a computer. Wildlife cameras can generate a lot of large files, and no one wants to sit around for hours waiting for them to transfer. I’ve been impressed with how fast this card is when transferring hundreds of video files—it’s quick and hassle-free, saving me valuable time. However, I do recommend using a high-quality card reader to maximize the transfer speed. A cheap or outdated reader could bottleneck the process, and that’s not the card’s fault. Durability is a huge factor for me, as wildlife cameras are exposed to harsh environments. I’ve used this card through rainstorms, freezing temperatures, and intense summer heat, and it has performed flawlessly every time. It’s reassuring to know that my footage is safe, even when the camera is out in the field for weeks at a time. I haven’t experienced any data corruption or loss, which is a common concern with cheaper memory cards. If you’re worried about reliability in extreme conditions, this card delivers. One thing to note is that if you’re recording a lot of long videos in high resolution, the card will fill up eventually, even with its large capacity. For longer setups or very active locations, I recommend having a second card on hand to swap out. Also, while the speed is fantastic, keep in mind that it’s best suited for newer wildlife cameras that can take advantage of its fast read and write speeds. Older cameras might not fully utilize its capabilities, but it will still work reliably.

I'm continually surprised at how much digital storage they can pack into such small packages these days. I'm using these Gigastone 128G MicroSD cards as a much more reasonably priced alternative to the Wyze cards for a Wyze CAM2 outdoor video camera. The cards come preformatted and unlike many cards you get, there is NO other junk on the cards - they are just empty formatted cards so there is no pre-work to do to use them. I didn't have to remove a bunch of junk files to get started -- I just plugged on into my Wyze camera and it was recognized and usable. For my purposes they have plenty of capacity -- we have a fairly active outdoor spot with lots of animal/bird activity and the camera frequently picks up motion and records. Capturing everything, the 128G card will likely last us a couple of months without having to swap in a new one.

GOOD QUANTITY AND QUALITY

Bought this pack to put in some security cameras and they work great. Gives us a couple of days of video storage without having to pay subscriptions. Well packaged and a very fair price.

Reliable and High-Performance Storage Solution I recently purchased the GIGASTONE Micro SD Card 128GB 5-Pack, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. These cards are perfect for gaming and other high-demand applications, offering fast read and write speeds that ensure smooth performance without lag. The 128GB capacity per card provides ample storage for games, apps, photos, and videos, making them incredibly versatile. I’ve used these cards across different devices, including my gaming console, smartphone, and tablet, and they work flawlessly in each. What I also appreciate is the durability of these cards. They are designed to withstand various conditions, so I don’t have to worry about data loss even in less-than-ideal environments. The fact that you get five high-quality cards at such a reasonable price is a fantastic deal. Overall, the GIGASTONE Micro SD Card 128GB pack is an excellent investment for anyone needing reliable, high-capacity storage. I highly recommend it for both gaming and general use!

Got the 5-pack early August but one went bad in the middle of September. It refused to be read by any machine or OS. Contacted the vendor who provided an RMA. They return shipped the new card and everything is great again. Speedy little cards, great value and excellent customer service. Love Gigastone! Would definitely buy them again!

Very good quality cards with adapters and plastic cases. Not sure why the cards show only 116 GB before use.

I really like this product. Once I learned & corrected my past mistakes in using similar Micro SD Cards. This very Micro SD Card worked perfect. I had no problem copying and MP3 Audio Music file to it of 3,396 songs. This product worked great and the music sounds excellent in my cordless headphones where this Micro SD Card is being used. It's well worth the price. Thank You and have a nice day.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, consegna rapida verso la Sardegna.

I bought 2 of these and so far have had 4 sd cards fail while installed in security cameras. The seller and Amazon point back to each other for who is responsible and leaving me to just deal with it.
