Excellent Customer Service (Update)
This is a pretty decent beginners telescope. I had some initial issues with it, but the company was very responsive and resolved most of the issues. My main point of contention remains, that the user manual shows a red dot view finder and that is not what is included. This is a misrepresentation of the product by the manufacturer.

Great value for the price
Great value for the price. This is a really nice entry level telescope great for kids or adults. A really cool feature is a holder for your phone so you can take a photo or stream a video of what you are actually seeing though the lens. The telescope itself is nice quality and assembles easy when you need it. Great telescope for kids or adults looking for a nice entry level telescope.

Looks could be deceiving. :-(
Not as easy as reviewed by others. The smaller lens arrived with a chip. Hence nothing can be seen through it. The smart phone adapter does not have instructions on how to mount or use. We had to log onto YouTube to figure it out. That too still unable to use properly. Only able to see the moon not any stars nothing shows. Oh well...:-(The only good thing I can say is as a show piece it looks good standing in the room. The color is nice the tripod and lens boxes. Good for appearances.

Would recommend for anyone
Bought for 13-year-old granddaughter, very cool can see distances during the day and at night. Space not all telescopes allow daytime viewing. Great distance, easy to take pictures with your phone

My kids like it very much . This is the first telescope that they ever had. They can actual see the moon clearly. Suggestions to assemble with kids , so they will not lost any small parts .

Great telescope! It’s used to bring the night sky a little closer and clearer. We’re beginners and find this scope suited to our needs and interests.
