Analog didn’t work, wouldn’t turn on unless connected to charger, would glitch back to beginning and not let you move

Never turned on took to gamestop they said it was garbage nothing in the inside its s shell smh for my $119.00 I was pissed!!

No matter how long we charge it, it never charges up. Haven't been able to use it at all.

Where to start,1. The input is very delayed2. The ramping for the right analog stick is to high and uneven. You spin too fast one way and to slow the.3. The right trigger is sticky4. The decal on the touchpad is constantly activating the sensor ( which may be where the input delay is coming from)I'll be taking mine to a repair shop to see if we cant fix these issues. Very disappointed, reminds me of the old off brand turbo controllers without all the extra buttons.
