I installed it on my 08 Ram 2500 6.7 mega cab. Working for the last 3 months.

Does this accumulator need oil put in it

It is recommended when evacuating your system that you start fresh with xxx amount of oil and then recharge. Google your specific vehicle I believe I put 6 oz in which required an adapter from the paq oil to the 134a port . The cans of charge you buy at the typical auto parts store actually have a certain amount of oil in them it’s best to consult an ac pro or have it charged professionally once the repair is made if your unsure as an overpressured or unlubricated system can be dangerous or ruin a more costly compressor
