Perfect for people who are Gluten Free
The flour is made up of a few different kinds of flours and is perfect for people who cannot eat gluten. It is good for making flat breads (rotis) . The bread does crack and has to be consumed asap for the best taste. It is a good replacement for people who like to eat roti/ chappati and cannot use wheat flour
