I found the YOU-app a year ago and it literally changed my life. Now after an year my boyfriend decided to buy me the book as a Christmas present 😍🎄🎅🏻. I must say that the difference with the app is that the book is more like a journal, and for an introvert like me is perfect!

Excellent little book. Focuses on making micro changes in your life that ultimately lead to macro changes, a more positive and happier you.

This book is amazing! I've had the app for months, and the community on there is full of the most lovely people. I'd worried about how a book could capture the positive, sharing atmosphere of the app, but they've got it spot on. The book explains that actions are there to be enjoyed and used well, not to feel like another obligation. It tells you to take your time, not just do things for the sake of it. It says that missing daily actions is fine, redoing them is fine, not doing them in remotely any order is fine. It's the app in book form (and I still have the app so we can talk about the book and share the results of that too!).So good, that I'll be sharing it with my officemates in the hope of creating a more positive environment through YOU's micro-actions
