Once worn for a period of time help to straighten posture. Seems to be of good quality. Have used for a good while now. Still as good as new

Must do the job. Good quality item. However, I did not wear it as I planned to.

Not comfortable but does keep back straight. Only issue is not comfortable

Easy to adjust both the support pads under your arm pits and the shoulder straps to allow for a more comfortable experience when using the Brace Posture kit.

I followed the size guidelines and purchased an XL due to me being 6ft, with a slim, athletic build. If you are taller or on the larger side of life I do not think this would be suitable - it is best suited to smaller, slimmer people.The item does not have the best fit and the Velcro across the stomach is very weak and often moves or comes off completely.For exercise i would not recommend, in the gym the item just kept coming undone with every movement (same would happen at home if I moved or tried to pick something up..)For running again, it was uncomfortable, kept moving / undoing and most of all was not providing the support needed.I am yet to notice any positive impact from using this item for over a week now. I would advise you try stretching or going to the doctor to help with any back problems.

Awesome product it as all back straps its a hassle at the beginning but u will start noticing the change in 10 days thank you for the awesome high quality product( worth mentioning: it has an awesome sponges for protection of ur skin and the anti sweat material is so good) i love it.

Lite för bulkig, behöver förbättra sättet att justera över bysten. Känns påklistrad att ha kuddarna för att skydda armhålan.. de långa remmarna liknar och känns som en ryggsäck och produkten behöver kännas mer slimmad mot kroppen.Om man har stor mageneller är lite svullen om buken harbkardborrebandet lätt låsssna vid utandning.Tlil nästa version, tänk lite mer slimmad, utan överflödigt material från remmar.Stort plus är att den är universell för många kroppsstorlekar.

L'ho acquistato per me era piena di dolori alla schiena e spalle per motivi di lavoro e postura dopo unpo usandolo circa 8 ore i dolori sono diminuiti molto e sono molto più dritta con la schiena lo consiglio..ho aspettato a fare recensioni per vedere se era efficace...è ottimo..
