Defective part and no one answers the phone.
I have purchased Sierra parts before from other sources without any problems. This part was defective and company does not answer the phone. I ordered this part from my Johnson outboard. I know the part is defective since I ending up taking my boat including motor to a certified Johnson outboard service dealer, who said the this power pack was not working correctly.
