Otis Technology Small Caliber Patches (100) (FG-918-100)

Great patches especially when you get them on sale. If you own an Otis cleaning kit and like the way the system works, then these are a must have. They do a fantastic job of cleaning your barrels and can go down multiple times with the same patch. My only complaint is these patches require you to learn how to fold them correctly to properly utilise every square inch. Its not complicated to learn, but adds some complexity and time to the process.I tried these on my .177 and it was extremely tight. It actually got stuck I had to push a rod down and then hammer it until it came out. Definetley not suitable for .177s like the description says. Works great with my .22lr and 9mm.Pros:- Thick and absorbent patches- Container keeps them organised and takes up little roomCons:- Expensive compared to other patches that you can buy in large bulk

I bought these to go with the locking tweezers that I bought to get into the tight areas inside of the chamber on my firearms. These work just fine and the name brand is a known one.

If your going to use otis cleaning products then use only otis products with the cleaning systems because they are made to work together perfectly, once you figure out how to correctly attach the patches to the slotted tips your golden because they give 360 degree coverage every pass through the bore and each patch can be used up to six separate passes per patch by using each slot once and then turn the patch over and use the same three slots in the patch again, so you can really maximize your use of each patch which actually saves you money this way. There isn't any bad points I can think of about these patches other then the price is a little high at almost $10.00 per 100 patches but if you use each patch 6 times it's almost like your getting 600 patches worth of use.... Anyway these are a must have item when your initial stock that came with your cleaning kit runs out and I have a fairly large gun collection and I'm always cleaning one or another so it helps to be able to use each patch more then onceBC

Must have replacement for your Otis cleaning kit. The Otis system works great and you can use the patches multiple times before you dispose of them. The come in a handy container that easily stacks and keeps your patches organized. If you have larger caliber barrels, get the larger patches. This is great for .22 cal, could use it up to 9mm, but that might not give you the best performance.

They're an Otis product so I know they'll work!
