Are the measurements painted on or etched? And, if painted on, how well do they last?

Painted, not etched. I've had mine for almost a year now, only used for syrups and spirits (basically, bar duty only, no oils, waxes, etc.) the markings have started to fade to about 50% - 60% contrast. Never been in dishwasher, always washed by hand, mostly rinsed out right after use and without using detergent. Definitely the weak link in an otherwise appealing product.

Does this come with ml markings?

1/4 ounce, 1/2 ounce, 1 ounce, 1.5 ounce, 2 ounce measures on the inner right hand side, 1/2 tbsp, 1 tbsp, 2 tbsp, 3 tbsp, 4 tbsp on the inner left side, respectively. No ml markings.

Will multiple OXO angle metal jiggers stack/nest? Do they stack/nest with the OXO angled mini measuring cup?

The metal ones definitely nest. I've had two for a few years. I've only seen the plastic Angled Mini Measuring Cup in stores, but I'm pretty sure they're exactly the same size and should also nest.

Why does the description read etched when it is printed decals? The description is false and misleading, not etched, not dishwasher safe.

The printing on mine is not a decal. It is some type of black paint, similar to the red markings painted on a glass measuring cup. The markings on mine look like new.
