Great pill. Noticed obvious difference in two days
Great pill. Noticed obvious difference in two days. I listened to over 200 Chinese medical lectures before I could match my symptoms to the many varieties of pills. Two main things: I have good appetite but I am miserable a couple of hours after I eat. I figured that means I lack "qi" to help my spleen and stomach to deal with the food I intake. I had considered other symptoms before taking other pills, but nothing works like these pills. I am not saying everyone should take the same pill. The most important thing is to understand one's own condition. Many illnesses show similar symptoms. It took me over a year to pin down the two most important as listed above, based on my overall state of health, not just my digestive health. If I lived in China and had access to good TCM doctors, I wouldn't have to work this hard. But where I live, there is little access and healthcare insurance does not cover, either. Chinese medicine really works, really humane. Plus, the Chinese made pills are much less expensive but not less effective (no wonder they do so well in trade and business; they are so much more willing to give).

I feel pretty good.
I feel a lot better after taking it. This product should be taken according to the needs of the body. I took a different product and it didn't have any effect. I suggest you see a Traditional chinese doctor to confirm your physical condition and then give the right medicine.
