Straight Talk Bring Your Own Phone Activation Kit

Was exactly what I needed. The sim card arrived fast and my carrier used it to contect my used phone without a problem.

The product is fine and I’ve used their services before, but when I tried to get in touch with technical support to get help with getting my phone activated, they were not very helpful. It was clear that they were reading off of a script and when I asked a question they would say the same thing every time, “ we can’t service your phone because it is not compatible with our services. I’m sorry.” So I ended up returning the product. Make sure that your phone is compatible before purchasing it or you’ll have to go through the hassle of returning it.

Price was fraction of Walmart's price. Paul included a good instruction sheet on best ways to activate and had no problem. Straight Talk website was easy to figure out. Phone was moved over to the Straight Talk carrier in couple hours. Paul supplies straightforward contact info to contact if problems.

Made activating my phone pretty simple, though I had to follow the steps carefully. Once set up, service worked fine without issues.

.I just found out Straight Talk uses Verizon towers now. I wasn't sent the wrong card. I apologize for the negative review I left earlier.

Got the sim card and installed in the new GSM phone for my lady. Called straight talk to activate the phone. They are telling me they can't activate the phone. They are in the process of upgrading their system to CDMA and they are not activating any new GSM phones. Then then tell me that the new phone I have now will no longer be supported on the new system. That I should buy a new phone. This is a joke!! Been with straight talk since the beginning. I am going to mint mobile! Both new phones are compatible with their system there.

I was going to return this sim card because it said T-Mobile thinking it would go off their towers. After furthur research I have realized T-Mobile and AT&T are on GSM network which is compatible with one another. Going to Straight Talk I will have access to the towers I meed through them not strictly T-Mobile. So after I was done researching I am happy with my purchase.

Worked absolutely perfectly. The instructions were easy to follow! I thought it wouldn't work because how incredibly cheaper it is instead of paying $60 at Walmart but it was sooo easy to set up and it actually worked, plus it was shipped to me really quickly =]
