Q: What do they mean when they say it is removable by hook and loop? What is left after you remove it by loop and hook?

Hook and Loop is Velcro. So, once you remove it, the other side of the Velcro is left on the frame. The tape on the back of the Velcro isn’t the best, I ended up using Guerrilla Glue double sided tape to put it up.

Q: Why does the description say it is new with 32 magnets instead of others who only have 26 when in fact it only has 26? Why the false advertising?

The only things I can think of is ordering the wrong one, because ordering gets confusing, or lack of quality control. I would let them know and send it back, until you get the one with enough magnets.

Q: Is the supplied Velcro for the white version white? Or black?

The velcro which you put on your door frame, is black. But it's covered up by the white plastic of the screen door.

Q: Does the bottom seal well enough to keep lizards from entering the house ?

Great question. While the screen extends about two inches below the door frame, it doesn’t “seal” because the screens need to separate for entry/exit. So there is a small gap between the screen and door frame. Great for bugs, but I would say not for lizards.
