The SDA LABORATORIES Senna Plus Sennosides 8.6mg and Docusate 100mg Tablets. were easy on my system. NO crazy explosive madness happened after taking more than the recommended dose- I forgot I'd take one dose. I drank plenty of water with these and use the restroom twice within a few hours. No cramping. No sweating. No nausea. No stanky poo. Just easy , gliding. Good quality for the money.
