Good product. Works as intended.
My hemoglobin is usually on the low side and I am vegetarian, so I started using this product and found that the values when tested are now on the normal side. I did discover recently that I have been taking only 1/2 the dose, 1 teaspoon per day and have recently added the second teaspoon, one in the am and 1 in the pm. I did consult with my doctor who mentioned that I should not take any other type of vitamin while on this product as it would increase the maximum dose of some of the vitamins. The only drawback is that I prefer to purchase the larger bottle and it has not been available this year, 2025.

The 500ml bottle is a good size and lasts a while, especially when taking the recommended daily amount. Overall, this is a convenient and effective way to support iron levels, and I would definitely recommend it to others.
