NO INSTRUCTION OR ASSEMBLY MANUAL
Product did not come with instructions. Seems to be missing bolts but cannot tell because there are no instructions. There are 2 brackets that don’t seem to connect to anything. The seller told me to take it to a mechanic instead of letting me return it.
