Goodbye Mold, Hello Questionable Life Choices!
Let me tell you about 30 SECONDS Mold and Mildew Stain Remover—a product so effective, I’m convinced it was developed by wizards or possibly a very angry janitor with a chemistry degree. I sprayed this stuff on my siding and gutters, walked away for what felt like 15 seconds (probably 30, but who’s timing?), came back and—BOOM—my house looked like it got a facelift and a spiritual cleansing. The mold and mildew didn’t even try to fight back. They just gave up, packed their bags, and left like the plot of a bad reality TV show. “I’m sorry Dave, but you’ve been evicted from the gutter.” Seriously, it worked so fast I started questioning every other “cleaning” product I’ve ever bought. What have I been doing with my life? Scrubbing like a peasant when this miracle sauce exists? Also, just a heads up: wear gloves. Unless you want your hands to smell like “freshly defeated mildew” and slight chemical warfare for the next 48 hours. And maybe don’t stand directly downwind unless you enjoy the refreshing sensation of regret in your nostrils. But minor existential crises aside, this stuff is incredible. ✅ Gutters? Clean. ✅ Siding? Glorious. ✅ Sense of self-worth after pretending to do hard labor? Restored. Five stars. Because it works so well, I’m actually suspicious. Like, where did the mold go? Did it dissolve? Relocate? Is it plotting revenge? I don’t know. But I do know this: my house is cleaner than my conscience.

Worked like a charm, but the sprayer bottle doesn't work well.
It really did the trick on whatever the black stuff was on my composite decking that even my power washer couldn't remove, but the spray bottle it came in leaves a lot to be desired. I didn't have a big area to spray, but still, it took twice as long as it needed to because of the ineffective sprayer. I'll be transferring it to another bottle. Update: It just saved me again with getting the squiggly spots off my new paver patio from catkins.

Best Mildew Remover Ever!
Best mold and mildew remover EVER! Initially, we bought 30 Second for outdoor window sills that had become quite mildewed. They were disgusting, really. Well, on them in took two applications, but the window sills were like new in less than 3 minutes. The product is so good, I ignored the "outdoor" label and squirted a few spots in the shower that showing signs of mildew. Squirt, wait 30 seconds and WALAA! No more mildew. If you're afraid of fumes, of which there are few, just rinse the area with water and you have a sparkling wonderful new-looking shower! No muss, no fuss. The cleaned area stays mildew-free for quite some time! Worth every penny. Couldn't be any easier! Spray and forget about it. This is the best product I have ever used!

This product works!
part of my homes vinyl siding had some really bad mold stains. I took a bucket of water with some dawn dishwashing liquid in it along with a brush with a long handle and after spraying the mold waited a couple of minutes. I then used the brush to help remove the stains. The last step was hosing it down. I don't think the hose would have done the trick as the stains were too heavy. I can't believe the difference!!! Stains are gone, vinyl siding looks new.

Questionable.
I used a 50/50 water, clorox that worked as well as this did. Don't think it is as good as they advertise. Son in law bought #9 Second from Ace and it worked great. Wonder why mine didn't.

Wand is Too Short. Almost Zero Results.
So I had power washed my shady, Northern exposure front entrance that consists of a concrete and brick porch and steps, bluestone stair treads, concrete walkway, and paver retaining wall. I had normally faithfully done this every spring and it looked great. However, for the last 4 years, I had skipped this chore and it looked bad. This year, I got out my power washer and things cleaned up beautifully as usual. I had removed all the thick moss and algae, but I still had some green and black spotting that remained. I decided to buy this to treat everything I had just power washed in order to get rid of the remaining stains and hopefully slow down any regrowth. I applied this as instructed. The sprayer is pretty precise with no overspray so it wasn't messy or worrisome. Getting it on my clothes, skin, or shoes was not an issue, and wearing gloves was not necessary. While the sprayer worked well, the wand is way too short. Because of this, you have to work completely hunched over, and I'm a short 5"2". The wand should have more foldable sections, like the wand that comes on RoundUp Weed Killer, so you can stand upright while spraying. Also, because you have to squeeze the trigger the whole time, the application process gets tiresome. My porch floor only measures 6' x 8' but doing a whole large patio or driveway with this applicator would be hugely challenging. As for the 30 second claim, don't waste your time or money. I left it on for 15 to 40 minutes depending on the area. The 40 minute area of my porch floor looked mildly improved. Any shorter duration was completely ineffective. The stairs which were left for 20 minutes and retaining wall left for 15 minutes, showed no improvement. Because it was getting dark out, I couldn't let those areas sit any longer before rinsing them. Given the non-results and the tiresome application process of working hunched over with the too short wand, I would never recommend this for use on any large areas. At over $30.00 a bottle, and no dramatic results, I wouldn't buy this again. At least not for this purpose. The results were very disappointing. It did nothing that my power washer didn't do, and the power washer was much easier to use.

A severe windstorm last year caused the siding on the house to be imbedded with dirt and grime that we were unable to remove. We heard about 30 seconds outdoor cleaner and decided to give it a try. After spraying down the siding, and waiting a few minutes before rinsing it off about 90% of the dirt and grime was gone. A but of light scrubbing removed the rest of the dirt and it now looks like new. Great product!!! Next time for a bigger job I will get the large size with the attachable hose.

I've been using this product for years. It works as advertised.

It was difficult to choose whether to purchase the trigger spray, pre-diluted, ready-to-use version, or the larger bottle which needed to be diluted before using. I had been advised to use this cleaner to remove soot and residue from my soffit and exterior wall, after using my natural gas fireplace all winter. After two separate tries made by a professional cleaning person, 30 Seconds Outdoor Cleaner did not erase or dissolve the soot and marks completely from my wood siding, or the metal soffit and gutter above. There is some improvement, but not the complete cleanup I was expecting to get from the effort put into the job, or the extensive list of surfaces for which it was suggested. On top of my disappointment with the result, there was the expense of purchasing the product; consequently, I cannot recommend this cleaner with any degree of certainty of its success, or value for money spent.
