This is much nicer than I expected!
It is a very well made, heavy but soft and comfortable. It has a very luxurious look and feel to the top. The color blends are beautiful. It doesn't make noise or slide off of the bed (our old one did). The pieces that come with it are just as high quality as the comforter. This is a terrific find!

THIS IS AN ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL SET.
The reviews were right. This set is absolutely beautiful. I am happy that the description was Incorrect. It is not red. It is a rich, luscious, gorgeous burgundy. I ordered several pillows which are also amazingly beautiful. I took the advice of one review and ordered the king for my queen bed. I wanted it to cover my very high boxspring and mattress. The difference in cost is worth it. I don't mind having the king size shams altered. The set is so beautiful it's worth it. Order now. You won't be disappointed. It is beautiful.

Not the same in terms of fabric quality
Iโve been buying Croscill bedding for years, and have always loved the fabric designs and the quality of the materials they use but this set isnโt up to their old standards, I donโt think. Itโs perfectly acceptable, and Iโm sitting on it now, in fact, but Iโm not in love with it the way I usually am with a new Croscill set. I wanted a darker color for the colder weather, and this fits the bill, but Iโm definitely looking forward to spring.

Beautiful and comfortable.
Great quality. Great price. Loved that the item was perfectly described and wasnโt a knockoff. Was exactly what I was looking for!

Absolutely Gorgeous
The photo doesn't do this comforter set justice. It's elegant... positively beautiful. FYI ... it's not burgundy but a deep wine so burgundy sheets clash ... I went with antique gold sheets and curtains which gave a rich old world Renaissance look. On the down side ... matching Arden curtains and waterfall valance are cost prohibitive.

Great quality
Gorgeous, great quality - I received this tonight Feb 8/21 it was 249.00 + tax - I see the same thing is listed at 700.00 on another Amazon page and at another vendors in my city - donโt spend that - itโs gorgeous but not 700$ gorgeous
