Miele Original SSP 10 Attachable Dusting Brush, Vacuum Cleaner Accessory

This brush tool is very good quality.

The dusting brush is exactly what I need. As others have said, it has far fewer bristles than the original, but fits my vacuum and so far works well. The bristles on the original brush just somehow compacted into the opening. The Miele part is more expensive than others, but the only one that fits.

The Miele attachable dusting brush is a handy tool. I use the brush (not too stiff, not too soft) on living room furniture, lamps and tables; on the bedroom nightstands, picture and mirror frames, wood molding, vents. Very useful and keeps the dust down if used with Miele vacuum filters. Highly recommend this attachment.

We have 20-year old Miele Aluminum and a smaller Miele stick vac. Great, great vacuum cleaners and no failures except cords that needed to be replaced. This dusting brush has way less brissles and not as deep. When you vacuum something delicate with it, like a lamp shade, it bottoms out against plastic housing. The reason is that the brissles are thinner and not as densely packed. So, you risk damaging, or marking up, anything delicate. The thin brissles also make it hard to use the brush as brush - meaning you want to be able to "dig in" a bit when cleaning things like window sills. Also, I noticed that the brissles are tending to get permanently bent. Not cool, hence the 4 stars. So, this is "good enough" for a replacement for an older vacuum cleaner, and it is functional, but wow, the quality sure did go down. Not what I expected from our otherwise long-term stellar performance with Miele. We similar lousy experience with a replacment bare floot tool, where the brissles basically collapsed after minimal use. I guess that a person buying these products today would not know the difference. At my age, however, I do know the difference. I might look for after-market products next time around, so we'll see. Con l'utilizzo, mi si è consumato pezzo originale acquistato con l'aspirapolvere, dopo aver visto su Amazon ho acquistato il pezzo di ricambio "Bocchetta per mobili per aspirapolvere SSP10" per un'importo pari a €14,39. È esattamente uguale a quello che avevo, ovvero una spazzola di ricambio di qualità come di consuetudine Miele, morbida e ben fatta, prezzo adeguato alla qualità e si adatta perfettamente al vano aspirapolvere in cui viene riposta. Soddisfatto in pieno dell'acquisto... come sempre è un prodotto eccezionale consiglio vivamente l'acquisto.

Bought as a replacement for our original brush which had simply worn out after many, many years of use. Nothing like a genuine Miele part - leaves the after-market “copies” out in the cold!
