Does this come with a manual/setup guide and the cables?

The modem comes with everything you need including a setup disk which worked for me despite the experience of some other reviewers. I have had the modem for several months with no problems and would recommend it. When something happened to my Internet connection, I found that unplugging the modem adapter, waiting several seconds, and then replugging it returned operation to normal. Is this modem compatible with verizon dsl wifi signal?

The people who have answered this question before suck. "I don't know, ask the manufacturer" is dumb to put in a public forum, and especially when all of the information is listed below. This modem should be compatible with Verizon's DSL service, but it does not have wireless. This will get 1 device connected via Ethernet, without another switch or router in the mix. (I would purchase a different device if you need WiFi)

Does ot work with windstream dsl

I contacted Wendy @ Windstream and she said "It may be possible to use an existing Windstream modem or a modem/router that has worked on another DSL provider's network. Please note that Windstream technical support cannot provide configuration or troubleshooting assistance on non-Windstream equipment. To check existing modem compatibility, contact a customer service representative. " So the answer is it probably will but you will have to use D-Lin support if you need help configuring it.
