Great product. I find it very soothing to my gums, and helpful in keeping plaque in check. That, and great taste and fresh breath. I have made many repeat purchases, and am so happy with the new dispensing cap; so much easier to pour and measure!

I usually don't write reviews for things, although they do influence if I will buy an item. But for this I had to. Periodontal disease runs in my family. I've always been a frequent visitor to the dentist and periodontist, either getting root planning and scaling, DEEP DEEP pockets (7+), crown lengthening, gum grafting, gum surgery twice, two root canals..... I'm saying all this so you know what I was dealing with before I bought this oil. My dentists never tried to help me other than bi-monthly cleanings and suggesting I may need implants. They always make me feel embarrassed and bad. No matter what I did nothing helped. Believe it or not I was being very deligent in flossing, brushing, etc, but to no avail. THEN........ (drum roll) While looking thru amazon for some random item, oil pulling pops up. I had never heard of it. Being nosy, I checked it out. After reading the rave reviews and doing my own research online, I figured it couldn't hurt. And boy was I right. Best $15 I've spent. My gums have stopped bleeding, no more dry mouth issues, tooth sensitivity has diminished, my breath is fresher. I didn't tell my periodontist I was oil pulling, so when I went in for my cleaning, he was shocked. After pulling for 1 month (2 times a day @10-20 mins each), pockets that were 7+ are now down to 3 and 4. My gums look healthier and have tightened up. I'm not sure what the mechanics are as to how and why this works, but it does! I just ordered another few bottles. People have complained about the taste or gagging, but when I weighed that against losing my teeth, guess which won. The taste is like a cinnamon candy but you're so busy swishing you aren't really tasting it. To help kill time, I oil pull as I'm doing other things, in the shower, cleaning up, watching tv, etc. So stop reading this and go order yours now. You won't be disappointed.

In conjunction with good oral hygiene this stuff really leaves your mouth fresh all day!

I have written a review for this product before.... but I must give another review. 1st of all....I love this product! I have been using it for a couple of years now and my dentist is very impressed with my healthy gums and teeth! 2nd of all...I want to speak about the integrity of this company. There was a mix up with the postage and it had been sometime before I received my package.. This company remedied it by making sure that I not only got my product....but also included a nice note of apology and some extra little gifts. That was a very classy act! And I am grateful! Awesome for fresh breath and calming inflamed gums! I use this rinse twice per day to help with some gum inflammation. It has definitely helped. The cinnamon flavor is natural and very pleasing. Your breath will be like flowers or plants, or spices? In other words, fresh! fresh! exciting! so exciting to my gums! I use it for longer than 30 seconds. Usually, I will rinse for 3-5 minutes for a deeper "cleanse" for my mouth. It works quickly and with no weird aftertaste or alcohol sensation. I tend to get canker sores and this product has reduced the frequency quite a bit. I also take Lysine at times, so that is a factor. Price? ahh, what do we say? Why does every good product, especially health and beauty aids, have to be overpriced? This is no exception...for the price maybe a 12 or 16 oz size would be better, instead of the only 8oz. version. 100% chemical-free is great! That adds to the appeal, despite the price. I would highly recommend it, especially to help calm gums.

I think this product can do the wonderful things it promises , I definitely know my mouth felt a lot cleaner and gums felt stronger from using. However here’s the bad part , I broke out at night with hives on my legs. And it was numerous amount of them. Then they turned into big red blotches . Seemed like this happened when I would use the mouth rinse for more than a few minutes , perhaps If I just did a quick rinse from 30 sec- min this wouldn’t happen. This happened more than once. I ordered 2 bottles of this , I didn’t realize at first the hives outbreak was caused by using this product , I thought it was from something else I was taking. But after the other day I realized it was from this oil pulling mouth wash. I have no idea which ingredient is causing this reaction or why it actually causes hives and red blotches on my legs. Another issue which seems like a small complaint but the first bottle I ordered the cap on it was broken , the second bottle I ordered had NO CAP at all. Something seems very wrong with the quality control of this product, I read other reviews and people complained about the Cap too. Also I read a few reviews stating an allergic reaction happened . It’s too bad I would like to continue using this because I think there are great benefits to it , but looks like I’m going to have to stop. Oh yea NO RETURNS either. I wanted to return the second unopened bottle but it says this product is not eligible for returns. Not good

I love this product. I do it twice a day. I was told to use this when I had some gum issues. I recommend this 5 to 10 minutes. While you're taking a shower, it will clean your teeth and gums

I have used their mint oil pulling product without issue but this one has a quality control issue as it’s left my tongue swollen, irritated and burnt the underside of my tongue leaving nasty ulcers. I’ve never had any problems like this before and won’t be using it again after that as it’s destined for the bin.

I broke out in red patches of hives down my neck and chest, it was hot to the touch. It scares me so much! With I. Seconds I was watching it climb up my neck to my face I had ordered two boxes and can not use them.
