I love this stuff. Its messy so be careful. It will stick to your hands and has a fishy kind of smell so i use a q-tip to apply it. Once you apply it there is no odor. You only need a thin layer. It works to heal diaper rash and any other type of rash if your doctor says its ok to use it like mine did. I will continue to buy this.

I originally purchased this cream after seeing many people recommend it in social media for helping improve the dark skin under the arms, even though it’s traditionally marketed as a diaper rash cream. I decided to give it a try as part of my nighttime underarm routine, and I’m honestly glad I did. I’ve been using it together with two other products, and I’ve definitely noticed that my underarms have become lighter over time. While I can’t say this cream alone is responsible for all the results, I do believe it has been an important part of the process. It leaves a thick protective layer on the skin, so I apply it before bed and wash it off the next morning. The consistency is extremely thick and doesn’t really dry down or absorb completely, which is expected for this type of cream. It also takes a little extra effort to wash off because it stays on the skin very well throughout the night. The only reason I’m giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is the scent. In my opinion, the smell is quite unpleasant and could definitely be improved. Since it lingers on the skin, I personally prefer using it only at night before going to sleep. If the fragrance were more pleasant, or even fragrance free, think this product would be nearly perfect. Overall, If you’re patient and consistent, and especially if you’re using it as part of a complete routine, it’s definitely worth trying.
