51104 Thrust Bearing 20x35x10 Thrust Bearings

They look tough enough. These bearing are exposed on the spring to the rear axle attachment points of my transverse rear spring street rod suspension design to allow the axle to rotate against the shackles/spring mounts. Without them, the up and down movement of the rear end is transferred to the main leaf of the spring which hinders smooth travel. Did I say that right?I will make a couple of machined aluminum covers to be packed with grease to cover these exposed bearing for better service life and less chance if dirt encroachment.

Needed one for reinstalling my harmonic balancer on my 3800 Series II engine 2003 Impala, thats 111 ft-lbs torque plus 60 degrees, stood right up to all that pressure. Cost just a few bucks cant beat that.

This is a well made product. I used them on a farm gate hinge but did have to create a bushing due to inner diameter size.

smooth operating and perfect fit for the job we were fixing. Was used as thrust bearing for a Mill vise.

I am happy with this bearing, it's working out just fine. It is machined good and the price was good. chas.
