Highly recommend! Great for trigger point and myofacial release. I can treat my own plantar fasciitis and trigger points for migraine attacks. The design provides good leverage to any area requiring minimal effort to pinpoint areas and apply deep pressure

I purchased this because I gave my first one away to someone who really needed it. It worked great on my pressure points, and is now working on my sons. If nothing else has worked for you, definitely give this a try.

I have fibromyalgia, and I got this to help with the pain in my shoulders, neck, and back. It’s nice, except you really do have to be careful not to press to hard. I saw reviews saying this before I bought it and thought I was doing it gently enough, but I woke up super sore in my shoulders and back the next day from it. I was barely using any pressure but my muscles are just really sensitive so I guess I learned my limit. Also, it would be better if there was a node that was a bit pointed, as the round nodes can be a bit awkward when trying to target a specific area. Overall, it is as advertised and I like it. I have no issue with it being sturdy enough, even though I was worried with all the reviews saying the clip holding the two pieces together broke. I think those people are probably just pushing way too hard with it. As long as you’re careful, it shouldn’t break.

I ordered this brand because the 'famous' brand wasn't available for as speedy delivery. I'm normally patient, but this is the sort of thing that when you need it, you need it. I was afraid, because of the price, that it would be too flimsy and flexible to be useful, and that it would quickly fall apart. Instead I received a unit that is easy to assemble (just slide one part into the other until it clicks). It has just the right heft, and isn't flexible at all. The (not really original) design is very practical and easy to use. My own need was to apply pressure to muscles between my shoulder blades, and it's easy to get that positioned and put the pressure you want there. This feels good in the hand, it's a reasonable price, and it's fit for its purpose. I liked it well enough to order a second one to keep at work, just in case. I'd recommend it to anyone who needs this sort of device.

As a physical therapist, I'm able to provide soft tissue mobilizations to patients but find it difficult to do for myself. I sought out a tool that could get to the hard to reach places in my back and this is an exceptional tool for self massage. I get Upper back Muscle spasms from neck injury. When pain flares I press carefully on tender sore spots in upper back and shoulders and have been gradually building up length of time doing it. I breathe in first and then exhale as I press on the spot . Provides nearly instant relief from strong pain. So grateful to find this.

Instead of relieving pain I am suffering much more when ever I use this product.In manufacturer's manual it was clearly mentioned that the product can be returned back within 80days without assigning any reason. Contacted LiBa the manufacturer but they replied me to contact seller. Contacted seller too. They suggested me to contact Amazon. Amazon replied that it is not returnable item and hence can't help you. Though returnable within 80days period, I am unable to get it returned back to them.

I don't know what it is about the Theracane, but this thing doesn't seem to work as well as that thing. It's still not a bad massager though, so 4 stars.
