Fits perfectly
This was an Amazon recommendation, and I have to say it did not disappoint. The old handle snapped off and this one fit perfectly. The price was quite reasonable and I can open my tailgate again!

Good for light use
PROs 1. Easy to install - took about 15 minutes 2. Affordable - under $20 3. Excellent fit - no finagling or adjustments needed. CON 1. Durability - lasted 2 years and 9 months of light use. I only drive the truck a couple of times a week and rarely drop the tailgate. So this lasted maybe a hundred uses. For me $6-7 a year for a functioning tailgate is worth it. If you use your Tundra as a work truck you should find something with better durability.

Easily recommend this tailgate latch 2007 Tundra.
Item arrived when predicted. Tailgate handle/latch fit perfectly, only took 15 about minutes to install. Owned the truck for 17 years, the OEM handle broke after about 10 years so this is the second replacement. This one feels a little more sturdy than the last. For such a low price for an auto part how can you go wrong really?

Sturdy enough handle but loose lock fitment
The handle is a lot better than my previous replacement on my tundra. If you use your 07-13 tundra be prepared for these to break a lot. The only downside is the lock that you would swap over fits looser into this product than my previous so be carefully when installing, I can probably go and add tape or a washer to try and take up the slack/gap that makes it loose.
