The revised formula is 4.0-2.9-6.5. We are the only company to use decimals (that we know of), and we do so because we formulate at the ppm level, which is precise. the fabric has slippery feel to it, thin but pretty durable, sorry can't say more about it. Grommets - yes, 2 pieces. But I got mine in 2015, it can be different now

Not cheap but worth the outlay.

I bought these as a present for my wife. They took a while to arrive as I think they are shipped from Japan. She is really pleased with them. They are razor sharp and make a really clean cut when trimming flower stalks. The grip allows for all the fingers to grasp the handle, reducing the effort needed to make a cut (not that the blades need much help). Comes with a leather pouch that clips over the blades for protection.
